We know that kids grow quickly, Sometime too quickly! That's why we offer a 7 day return policy.
You can shop with confidence knowing that you can check the fit and return if needed.
You must return items with original tags on & the original receipt within 7 days.

Selling to us Policies & Procedures
Policies
New seller accounts require a one time, $5 setup fee.
Sellers are responsible for updating account contact information, especially the phone number on file.
There will be a yearly $5 Maintenance fee on seller accounts.
After 1 year of inactivity if you have an unclaimed balance we’ll call you to claim your funds at the phone number on file. Activity includes bringing in items that receive a cash offer, taking a payment, or using account credit. Once we call, you'll have 30 days to claim your balance. If unclaimed after 30 days, a $10 monthly maintenance fee will apply until the balance reaches zero.
Procedures
- You are required to remain in store during your presort ( We will do our best to keep it around 5 - 10 minutes)
- After you’ve left Taiden’s Treehouse, we will continue to inspect and price your items in preparation to make you an offer. We strive to process your ‘buy’ the same day you bring it in.
- When your drop-off is completely processed, you’ll receive a text message to the cell phone number provided. The text will include the following information:
- Accepting or denying your offer
-To accept your offer, simply respond to the text with the word ‘ACCEPT’
-To deny your offer, simply respond to the text with the word ‘DENY’
If your offer is not accepted or denied within 24 hours of the offer being SENT, that drop-off becomes property of Taiden’s Treehouse.
